Capcom’s Comic-Con announcements weren’t only limited to the comic inspired. An Online version of their classic and extremely popular tournament game, Street Fighter 3 Third Strike was announced. No talk of rebalancing the game or even what system it’ll be for, only that it won’t be here in the near future. Looks like they are taking their time, and if you look at re-release of Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, it should be a sign it’ll be done right.
Personally, my skills are very limited at Third Strike so it’ll be nice to a convince place to load up the game (not use my PS2 fight sticks) and jump online to have my ass handed to me. Although, I pretty much said the same of Marvel 2, and I am still terrible at that game. But hey, at least I could get better, if I put Super Street Fighter 4 down for a while.
