3D Realms has closed it’s doors and shut down taking all hope of that ever elusive game, Duke Nukem Forever with it. 12 years in the making, this is the title that never was and never will be. Take Two and Apogee pulled support and the company that was 3D Realms crumbled.
All is not lost however. Among the rubble, this awesome website dedicated to what the world has achieved has sprung up while Duke lay dormant. Known as ‘The Duke Nukem Forever List’, it sites a slew acompishments that need to be read to be believed.
And while the world mourns this mid-nineties hero just remember in the same time we have been waiting for Duke’s reapperance “The Beatles formed, released every single one of their albums and broke up. During this time they also toured the world several times.”
